📋 Description
• Own the day-to-day operations of a growing DTC eCommerce business • Build, improve, and document SOPs across multiple business functions • Create operational structure, accountability, and scalable processes • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects move efficiently • Improve workflows and eliminate operational bottlenecks • Help recruit, interview, and onboard new team members • Work closely with leadership on operational planning and execution • Monitor KPIs and ensure teams consistently execute against priorities • Identify opportunities for automation and operational improvements
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in an Operations role in the DTC eCom space • Strong understanding of the ins and outs and everyday life within a brand • Experience building or significantly improving SOPs • Experience managing remote teams and coordinating multiple departments • Strong project management and organizational skills • Experience working directly with founders or executive leadership
