📋 Description

• Keep HubSpot and Salesforce connected and working together across CRM, email/campaign tools, website, and other systems • Build reporting that shows the team what is converting and why • Gather and document stakeholder requirements for launches, campaigns, and projects • Translate marketing needs into clear specifications for engineering or other teams • Analyze current processes and performance data to identify improvements • Track active marketing projects and launches, maintain visible timelines, and identify blockers • Serve as the trusted source for project status • Act as the point of contact for technical marketing builds and oversee delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis, marketing operations, or a related role • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce required • Ability to learn new platforms quickly and understand how they integrate • Strong requirements-gathering and documentation skills • Ability to identify data or process problems and explain them clearly to technical and non-technical audiences • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects • Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude • Satisfactory general and criminal background check • Authorization to work in the United States • Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future to continue working in the United States
