📋 Description

• Support project initiation activities, including pre-work questionnaires and workshop agendas • Assist in discovery and design workshops throughout the project lifecycle • Help discern client business processes and employee service delivery needs • Support gap analysis of current and future state processes • Contribute to the design of repeatable, high-value processes and employee experiences • Deliver guidance and assist in implementation of processes • Author and peer-test user stories to support technical configuration • Guide, design, and/or facilitate UAT activities as defined in the statement of work

🎯 Requirements

• ServiceNow CSA Certification • Basic workshop facilitation skills • Basic understanding and application of process design principles • Ability to learn discipline-specific software (Lucid, Visio, or comparable solutions) • Ability to produce high-quality work in a collaborative environment • Ability to deliver design-related items that are complete, high quality, on time, and deliver valued outcomes
