📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic participant engagement and recruitment initiatives supporting qualitative research projects across key client accounts • Develop innovative and scalable participant sourcing strategies and identify new recruitment avenues, partnerships, and engagement opportunities • Drive projects from conception to completion with minimal supervision, anticipating roadblocks and implementing proactive solutions • Partner with Project Management, Recruiting, and Panel Development teams to align participant acquisition with project requirements and client expectations • Lead, coach, and develop team members • Identify, evaluate, and implement innovative recruitment channels, partnerships, and community outreach initiatives • Oversee referral, grassroots, and specialized recruitment programs • Monitor and analyze recruitment performance metrics and implement improvements • Manage project-related budgets and recruitment investments • Establish and maintain relationships with external organizations, vendors, community partners, and strategic stakeholders • Support panel growth initiatives and strategic programs enhancing participant engagement and data quality • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in market research, participant recruitment, panel management, project management, or a related field • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing recruitment or engagement strategies that drive measurable business results • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels of the organization • Prior people leadership, supervisory, or mentoring experience preferred • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Strategic thinking and business acumen • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities • Data-driven decision making and performance optimization • Innovation and continuous improvement mindset • Strong organizational and project management skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
