📋 Description

• Manage customer relationships within an assigned portfolio to support revenue growth and business expansion objectives • Promote transportation solutions as a strategic sales partner • Identify and pursue new business through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, recorded video messaging, and lead generation • Develop and maintain prospective and existing customer relationships • Conduct customer business reviews and evaluate account performance • Collaborate with internal business partners to develop solutions that secure new business and improve account profitability • Analyze customer, market, and sales data to identify strategic growth opportunities • Address customer concerns and service-related issues through communication, negotiation, and problem-solving • Adapt to changing customer assignments, business priorities, and market conditions • Maintain accurate account and sales activity information within company systems

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age • High school diploma or GED • Authorized to work in the United States • Bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred) • 5+ years of LTL sales experience (preferred) • Experience using Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI (preferred) • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods while working at a computer or desk • Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, handling documents, and operating office equipment • Occasional lifting/carrying of office materials/boxes up to 25 lbs. • Adequate vision and hearing (with or without correction) • Occasional movement, bending, and reaching as needed • Some travel may be required, including overnight travel
