📋 Description

• Provide leadership and direction for sustainment systems engineering for the Naval Messaging ISEA • Evaluate systems engineering tools and design custom workflows for Naval Messaging • Work with team members to integrate systems engineering tools into daily procedures • Develop systems engineering strategy and documentation to support sustainment of Naval Messaging systems • Modernize ISEA systems engineering processes into a Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) approach as directed by the DoN and in accordance with NAVWAR guidance • Manage system requirements and their allocation for Naval Messaging systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and eighteen (18) years or more experience; Master's degree and sixteen (16) years or more experience; PhD or JD and fifteen years or more experience • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance to start • CompTIA Security+ certification • Experience managing and maintaining Software/Systems in an Agile environment using CI/CD tools and regular Scrum meetings • Experience with Naval Messaging systems and systems design • Familiarity working on classified systems and managing classified data • Experience with IBM Rational Tools Suite • Experience using CAMEO digital engineering tools • Requirements development and allocation to DoD system designs • Experience developing systems engineering designs to DoD standards • Working knowledge of Jira/Confluence and Microsoft Office, including Visio, Project, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word • Excellent communication skills
