📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage virtual collaboration and maintain relevant exercise support data on SharePoint • Utilize information system inspection tools to audit systems, analyze potential vulnerabilities and identify mitigation approaches • Conduct technical evaluations of information system designs, focusing on information security and accreditation • Review system additions and enhancements and make recommendations to management • Determine system specifications, input/output processes, and hardware/software compatibility parameters • Manage virtual collaboration sessions using S-VTC, Global Video Services, TEAMS, Adobe Connect and other applications • Develop and maintain event support and facility documentation, including event support plans, POAM slide decks, requirement charts, and workflow products • Identify, verify, and track event IT, communications, and system/network requirements • Implement and manage access and badging processes for exercises and events • Create, manage, and disseminate event floor plans • Produce event Information Management/Knowledge Management briefs • Create and present the PWC Facility Brief for each event • Create and manage exercise and facility SharePoint sites, daily agendas, and schedules • Process travel documents for deployed events as assigned • Manage inputs for the internal calendar with a small team • Lead and facilitate meetings with USINDOPACOM leadership, action officers/planners, component command exercise planners, and work group leads

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors and fourteen (14)+ years of related experience; additional four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree • Experience with Microsoft TEAMS and establishing video teleconference (VTC) meetings • Working knowledge of Adobe Connect, Microsoft SharePoint and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) • Must possess strong problem-solving skills • Must be detail-oriented • Must have an Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance • Must be a current US Citizen
