📋 Description

• Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects • Serve as a liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management • Review project status and budgets • Manage schedules and prepare status reports • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client satisfaction goals • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and intervene as needed to solve problems with project managers, line managers, and clients • Ensure contract requirements and subcontractor responsibilities are met • Define and implement project planning techniques • Develop budgets and schedules • Monitor performance against plans to ensure contractual, cost, and schedule objectives are achieved

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and three (3) years or more of related experience; or Master's degree and one (1) year of related experience; or four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree • Must be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET clearance throughout the period of performance • Minimum of three years of experience in program management support, project coordination, or a related role within a DoW contracting or defense manufacturing environment • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and follow-through skills
