📋 Description

• Participate in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of multiple projects across varying contract types, sizes, complexities, and risk levels • Interface with project managers, senior technical staff, contracts, finance, accounts receivable, procurement, and subcontract management organizations • Administer and track contracts from award through closeout, including contract setup, billing, cash flow analysis, and reporting • Monitor and prepare cost and schedule variance reports to keep projects on schedule and budget • Review and monitor contract funding and expenditures • Ensure revenue is recorded according to the EAC and provide accurate data for quarterly forecast plans • Build and maintain bottom-up estimates at completion, meet submission and certification deadlines, and provide management with EAC and budget status • Ensure adherence to GAAP, Sarbanes-Oxley, and corporate policies related to contract performance and financials • Manage the subcontractor invoice process, including approval, payment processing, and maintaining financial and funding data • Learn new applications for data entry and verification • Perform assignments using objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and 10 years or more of related experience, or a Master’s Degree and 8+ years of experience, or a PhD or JD and 5+ years of experience • Must be a US Citizen • 10+ years of Project Control experience, preferably in Government Contracting • 10+ years of government contracts experience or comparable financial and accounting experience • Extensive knowledge of Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Fixed Price Level of Effort (FPLOE), Time and Materials (T&M), and/or Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contracts • Analytical, communication, and presentation skills • Ability to operate independently and as a strong member of a team • Mastery of basic Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Ability to complete assignments in a fast-paced environment • Ability to learn new process tools, multitask, and provide exceptional management support • Ability to provide insight, present, and manage finances for program- and account-level financial reporting • Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to junior-level staff • Costpoint and Cognos experience is a plus
