📋 Description
• Administer a portfolio of fundamental research subcontracts across diverse technology partners and academic institutions • Execute proprietary information agreements (PIAs) • Manage the full subcontract lifecycle from proposal phase through negotiation, award, execution, and final close-out • Support the FAST Labs Fundamental Research mission • Work with program teams involved in technology research and development, including proposal development, rapid prototyping, integration, and test
🎯 Requirements
• DoD subcontracts experience • ITAR and international procurement experience • Excellent verbal and written communication • Excellent time management and organizational skills • Ability to find win-win solutions and a “make it happen” attitude • Proficient use of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations policies and procedures • Bachelor’s degree and 6 years of work experience • U.S. Citizenship • Travel • Terms & Conditions • Negotiation • PMP certification viewed favorably • Prior experience with Oracle viewed favorably
