📋 Description

• Lead complex consulting engagements delivering measurable operational and financial improvements for healthcare organizations • Serve as executive engagement leader for large health-system and healthcare transformation initiatives • Ensure sustainable operational improvements and measurable client value • Oversee multidisciplinary consulting teams across strategy, operations, workforce transformation, and performance improvement • Drive project governance, execution discipline, and accountability for results • Maintain senior-level client engagement throughout consulting engagement lifecycles • Advise healthcare executives on enterprise transformation and complex operational and organizational challenges • Provide guidance on workforce strategy, labor optimization, corporate services transformation, administrative operating models, shared services, enterprise performance improvement, clinical transformation, and physician enterprise services • Translate healthcare industry trends into actionable client solutions • Identify and shape follow-on engagements based on demonstrated results and organizational needs • Contribute to pursuit strategy and proposal development • Generate approximately $1.5M–$3M in annual consulting revenue primarily through client expansion and strategic advisory relationships • Maintain approximately 70% utilization while balancing delivery, business development, internal initiatives, and team leadership • Develop consulting frameworks, methodologies, and intellectual property • Share insights through presentations, publications, and executive forums • Mentor Senior Directors, Directors, and consulting staff • Support development of consulting methodologies and service offerings

🎯 Requirements

• 10 or more years of applicable experience required • Bachelor’s degree required • 15+ years of experience in healthcare consulting or healthcare operations leadership preferred • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, clinical workflows, value-based care, and healthcare policy • Expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen operations improvement methodologies • Proficiency in project management, risk mitigation, and quality control • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making • Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences • Proven client management skills and ability to build long-term relationships • Financial acumen in managing project budgets and forecasts • Demonstrated success leading complex transformation initiatives within health systems • Proven ability to advise senior healthcare executives on operational and strategic issues • Experience leading multidisciplinary consulting teams and complex engagements • Ability to remain stationary for prolonged periods • Ability to adapt, change priorities quickly, and meet deadlines • Attention to detail • Ability to operate computer programs and software • Ability to communicate effectively in person and electronically • Ability to make independent decisions • Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers and varying interruptions
