📋 Description

• Lead experience strategy and transformation initiatives across Group Specialty products • Define experience-driven product strategies, outcomes, and success metrics with Product Management and Product Delivery leaders • Champion scalable experience design across Group Specialty offerings • Embed experience strategy into product intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution • Structure initiatives around clear customer journeys and measurable outcomes • Advise Product Owners, Delivery Leads, and Program leaders on complex, multi-year initiatives • Define and maintain business capability models and a 3–5 year strategic roadmap • Map customer and operational experiences to business capabilities, value streams, and enabling technologies • Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Technology teams on solution design, sequencing, and investment decisions • Identify capability gaps, redundancies, and dependencies across products • Lead transformations spanning multiple products, functions, or platforms • Advise senior leaders on trade-offs, sequencing, and change impacts • Provide strategic guidance to senior executives and support portfolio-level governance • Communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Technology, Design, or related field • 10+ years of experience in product strategy, experience transformation, product delivery, or enterprise transformation roles • Demonstrated experience in Product Delivery or Agile product organizations at scale • Strong background in business architecture, including capability modeling, value streams, and experience-to-capability alignment • Proven ability to influence without authority and operate effectively as a senior individual contributor • Experience in insurance, financial services, or regulated industries strongly preferred • Ability to work from a dedicated space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI/HIPAA information • Self-provided internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed • Occasional travel to Humana offices for training or meetings may be required
