📋 Description

• Implement new ServiceNow modules and platform capabilities aligned with enterprise strategic priorities. • Mature and enhance functionality across previously implemented ServiceNow modules. • Drive workflow automation, data quality, operational transparency, and user experience improvements. • Foster integrations with FAA systems and data repositories to promote a unified system of record. • Apply Agile SDLC methodologies to manage ServiceNow enhancements and implementations. • Align configurations and architectural decisions with FAA digital governance and enterprise architecture frameworks. • Promote FAA business process reengineering and standardization. • Provide documentation, process guides, governance artifacts, knowledge transition artifacts, and training materials.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology + 7 years of progressively more responsible experience in major IT software, hardware, or integration projects, including at least four years of Project Manager experience; Additional experience will be reviewed in lieu of a degree. • Experience with ServiceNow implementations. • Experience managing projects utilizing the PMI framework. • Ability to obtain a Public Trust; citizenship required. • PMP Certification preferred. • ServiceNow certifications preferred. • Scrum Master/Agile experience preferred. • Experience supporting FedRamp authorized software preferred. • Master’s degree in information technology + ten years’ experience performing complex projects in IT software, hardware, or integration preferred.
