📋 Description

• Review contractual documents to ensure adherence to company policy, government specifications and requirements, and master agreements • Advise management on contractual rights and obligations and interpret terms and conditions • Represent the organization as a prime contract on contracts or projects • Interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters requiring coordination between organizations • Develop solutions to complex problems using ingenuity and innovation • Ensure solutions are consistent with organizational objectives • Support commercial work and complex Firm Fixed Price (FFP), defined delivery efforts • Prepare proposals and negotiate and administer Cost Reimbursable (CR), Time and Materials (T&M), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and multiple Task Order contracts • Develop, negotiate, and administer teaming agreements and proprietary information agreements • Collect and submit data for regulatory reporting • Manage OCI Plans

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a US Citizen • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related business discipline with 6+ years of experience, or a Masters and 4+ years of experience • An additional 4+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Minimum of 6 years of related experience in contracts administration • Cost proposal experience, including review of risks/mitigations, approval process coordination, creation of cost narratives, understanding of compliance, and contracts-related proposal submission responsibilities • Thorough understanding and wide application of principles, concepts, practices, and standards in contract administration • Full knowledge of industry practices • Expert knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, terms, conditions, and policies governing assigned contracts, including FAR, DFARS, TINA, and CAS • Effective administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a fluctuating workload and multiple priorities • Effective communication skills • Effective critical thinking and assimilation skills • Attention to detail • Ability to handle complex contractual issues while collaborating with various stakeholders to help mitigate program risks • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
