📋 Description

• Lead implementation and testing of software maintenance releases, hardware upgrades, and engineering change orders • Oversee and integrate support for multi-vendor hardware, software, networking, and wireless solutions • Serve as lead technical advisor for hardware and software deployments at customer sites • Provide technical and operational oversight during installations • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in real time • Identify system improvements and develop action plans to enhance performance and customer satisfaction • Present technical reports, operational insights, and strategic recommendations to internal leadership and external customers • Lead customer training initiatives • Act as technical liaison between SAIC engineering teams and customers • Evaluate new technologies and recommend solutions for long-term program goals • Mentor and guide field service technicians

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 14 years of experience, or Master's degree and 12 years of experience • Must be a U.S. Citizen • Must have a TS Clearance • Advanced technical expertise in hardware installations, multi-vendor system integrations, and resolving performance challenges • Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and tools such as Jira and Confluence • Strong familiarity with system lifecycle methodologies, including SDLC • Ability to troubleshoot system failures and deliver innovative, scalable solutions under high-stakes conditions • Proficiency in training and mentoring internal teams and external end-users on system use, maintenance, and optimization • Advanced knowledge of field service operations, customer engagement, and collaboration across diverse teams • Expertise in AI systems, data services, or advanced computing technologies is desired • Familiarity with industry-standard technical tools, operating systems, and methodologies is desired • Leadership and team-building abilities are desired • Exceptional communication skills with senior-level customers, government agencies, and technical SMEs are desired
