📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to Spanish-speaking older adults virtually • Conduct therapy sessions fluently in Spanish within patients’ language and cultural context • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Build a caseload of at least 15 weekly sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program • Active, independent license to practice psychology in Texas • Fluent in both English and Spanish; able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Available to provide at least 15 weekly sessions • Must work on a flexible, fee-for-service basis • 1099 clinicians start at 15 hours per week or W2 clinicians at 25 hours per week
