📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently as part of a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and build a patient caseload through Sailor Health's matching and referral system

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent • Licensed in Florida • Fluent in both English and Spanish; able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience a plus • Ability to work at least 15 hours per week for 1099 engagement or 25 hours per week for W2 engagement
