📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults virtually • Design personalized treatment plans for each patient • Work independently within a collaborative care team • Manage documentation using the EMR and AI documentation tools • Participate in regular paid case consultations • Set availability and build a caseload with patients matched by Sailor Health • Provide therapy through Sailor Health's nationwide virtual practice for older adults

🎯 Requirements

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent • Licensed in Texas • Fluent in both English and Spanish and able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish • Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy • Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred • Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records • Medicare billing experience is a plus • Able to provide at least 15 weekly sessions • Part-time 1099 or full-time W2 availability options
