📋 Description

• Coordinate and support HR Operations processes throughout the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, and offboarding • Answer questions and provide guidance to team members, managers, and HR partners about HR programs, processes, and systems • Anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and drive actions supporting a seamless HR experience • Maintain accurate and timely team member information in HR systems • Identify and resolve data inconsistencies and process-related issues • Assist with annual initiatives such as open enrollment and performance management • Streamline workflows and improve HR service delivery • Develop and maintain job aids, knowledge articles, and process documentation • Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders on HR programs and initiatives • Participate in acquisitions, integrations, system enhancements, process improvements, and organizational initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator, Specialist, Generalist, or a similar role • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Human Resource Administration, or related field • Experience owning a full onboarding process strongly preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Comfortable navigating HR systems and technology platforms • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a virtual environment • Service-oriented approach to problem solving • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities • Ability to maintain attention to detail and deliver a high-quality experience • Adaptable to change, ambiguity, and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives • Ideal candidate based in Pacific Standard Time zone or willing to work business hours consistent with PST • Preferred Senior Professional in HR certification
