📋 Description

• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues • Conduct workplace investigations, report investigative results, and take appropriate action • Provide coaching, support, and guidance to managers and employees • Support workplace accommodation requests • Coordinate pay transparency-related requests for the Americas • Communicate with managers and coordinate related pay transparency activities • Collaborate across global teams, championing change and continuous improvement within HR • Explore, develop, and implement automation initiatives • Handle and resolve ServiceNow cases in line with service-level agreements • Demonstrate understanding of Workday HRIS functions • Take independent responsibility for tasks within the assigned scope • Occasional travel of less than 5% may be required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) in Human Resources in a multi-state environment with a strong employee relations focus • Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent certification is strongly desired • Comprehensive understanding of employment practices, policies, procedures, and all relevant state and federal employment laws • Ability to work with a high degree of confidentiality • Commitment to delivering excellent, inclusive service to employees and managers • Strong proactive and collaborative ability across cross-cultural and virtual environments • Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing system • Familiarity with HRIS, preferably Workday • Familiarity with PowerBI reporting • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • No sponsorship is available for this position
