📋 Description

• Manage the development, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefit programs • Monitor compensation practices and benefit offerings and recommend cost-effective, competitive changes • Maintain compensation structures and market competitiveness • Support executive compensation, equity benchmarks, and compensation committee presentations • Manage annual compensation planning, including increases, bonuses, and equity plans • Support, evaluate, and renew benefit plans • Manage open enrollment and coordinate vendor education and communications • Oversee HR technology interface file feeds and data transfers • Reconcile monthly benefit invoices • Manage the 401(k) plan and support the 401(k) committee • Manage Family Medical Leave processes and develop benefit, PTO, and leave policies • Conduct salary surveys and monitor compensation data • Present employee education on benefits programs • Ensure compliance with compensation and benefit laws, audits, and 5500 filings • Partner with Payroll on compensation and benefit changes, reconciliations, discrepancies, and accurate pay processing • Support new-hire workflows and process improvements • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual HR metrics reporting • Lead new processes, policies, and workflows across HR systems and operations • Develop an AI in HR strategy • Revamp HR policies and procedures for legal compliance and alignment with company values • Champion change management for HR systems, processes, policies, and updates • Drive continuous improvement using technology to streamline and standardize HR processes

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in total rewards, specifically compensation and benefits • At least 3 years of experience in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or Medical Device • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred; education may substitute • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws • US benefit and compensation expertise required • Strong understanding of benefit and leave laws throughout the United States • Experience with change initiatives, process improvement, and/or simplification initiatives • Experience with grade structures and wage bands • Experience evaluating jobs and determining role grade levels based on work • Solid understanding of HR processes, data management, and their impact on HR systems • Understanding of evaluating, designing, implementing, and administering health benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, accommodations, workers' compensation, and wellness programs in the US and globally • Proven track record developing, managing, and evaluating incentive plan components • Strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills
