📋 Description

• Serve as the subject matter expert on Salesforce Data 360 for internal teams and enterprise customers • Advise on Data 360 capabilities, technical architecture, use cases, implementation patterns, and architectural options • Act as a senior escalation point for critical or complex Data 360 project challenges • Diagnose challenges, recommend strategic and technical solutions, and guide teams toward resolution • Partner with customers and account teams to assess business challenges and identify high-impact use cases • Define solution scope, develop detailed technical designs, and articulate proposed business value • Lead mentorship and enablement programs • Develop technical content, document reference architectures, and build reusable assets and patterns • Run internal training sessions to scale Data 360 knowledge within CSG • Maintain expertise on the product roadmap and broader data platform landscape • Provide Voice of the Customer feedback to Product and Engineering • Partner with GTM counterparts during pre-sales activities • Provide technical validation, shape scope, and contribute to future Services offerings • Manage 2–3 strategic client engagements in parallel • Meet a 50% utilization target

🎯 Requirements

• Practical, hands-on, real-life Salesforce Data 360 experience guiding customers on successful platform use • Salesforce Data 360 Consultant certification required • Strong understanding of data management for structured and unstructured data • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Data 360, external systems, data integration, ETL/ELT, and data governance • Customer Data Platform and data warehouse experience preferred, including Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift, BigQuery, or SQL Server • Ability to influence groups, facilitate solutioning, lead architectural and enterprise transformation discussions, and conduct executive-level requirements gathering • Experience with AI-related data integration technologies and concepts, including RAG, vector databases, search indexes, and knowledge bases • Relevant Salesforce experience in Agentforce, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud • Related Salesforce certifications are a strong plus • Ability to communicate complex business and technical concepts using visualization and modeling aids • Knowledge of Data Governance, Data Security, and Data Privacy concepts and regulations preferred • BA/BS degree or foreign equivalent in a technical or related field • Willingness to travel when needed, expected to be less than 10% • Ability to communicate clearly with C-level audiences • Ability to collaborate, adapt to uncertainty and change, and drive business value
