📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and technical design for enterprise implementations of Veradigm Payer Analytics and Risk Adjustment solutions • Partner with health plan and at-risk provider clients to gather and translate business, regulatory, and data requirements into technical implementation plans • Advise clients on risk adjustment methodologies, submission timelines, and data requirements across Medicaid, Medicare, and ACA marketplace programs • Design and oversee data integration strategies across source systems, EHRs, and the Veradigm Network using HL7 FHIR, CCDA, EDI, and eChart Integration and Analytics • Architect client data onboarding strategies for claims, eligibility, provider, clinical, encounter, and supplemental healthcare data • Design data mappings, transformation requirements, and integration approaches across client and third-party data sources • Own data quality frameworks, including validation, reconciliation, and exception-handling processes • Lead root cause analysis and remediation of data issues during onboarding, configuration, and validation • Architect configuration of quality and risk adjustment analytics engines, coding workflows, and Provider Engagement Solutions • Serve as escalation point and technical authority for complex implementation issues • Provide implementation roadmaps, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies • Mentor Implementation Architects and Consultants • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Data teams on roadmap decisions, technical designs, and testing strategies • Evaluate implementation tradeoffs and technical risks throughout the development lifecycle • Develop implementation documentation, configuration standards, and reusable assets • Support pre-sales and scoping activities with technical feasibility, effort, and implementation guidance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience required • 10+ years relevant work experience • Deep functional and technical expertise in health plan risk adjustment (CMS-HCC, HHS-HCC) and quality analytics (HEDIS, Star Ratings, QRS, PQA) methodologies and regulatory requirements • Demonstrated experience with Medicaid, Medicare (including Medicare Advantage), and ACA marketplace lines of business • Advanced knowledge of HL7 FHIR, CCDA, EDI transactions, and clinical data exchange across EHR platforms • Ability to architect complex, scalable technical solutions across multiple concurrent client engagements • Advanced SQL and database expertise • Extensive hands-on experience with healthcare claims, eligibility, provider, encounter, clinical, and supplemental datasets • Experience designing or overseeing ETL/ELT processes and healthcare data pipeline architecture • Excellent client-facing communication and consulting skills • Demonstrated project and program leadership skills • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous, high-complexity situations • Experience mentoring and developing junior implementation staff • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada • Visa sponsorship is not offered
