📋 Description

• Manage overall delivery of Strada’s Transformation and Optimization Services • Use Workday implementation, AMS support, and tenant assessment experience to drive client value realization • Lead large and/or multi-domain Workday tenant assessments • Support BPaaS and AMS Standalone clients through oversight, diagnostics, and annual roadmap creation or updates • Execute product rollouts, first-time installations, new-technology use cases, POV design, and Sales/Solutions offerings • Stay current with Workday release features • Design and deliver Workday solutions that optimize HR functions and employee experiences • Facilitate cross-functional sessions covering customer needs, specifications, design targets, development processes, standards, techniques, and tools • Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to design holistic solutions • Coordinate delivery between external clients and internal staff • Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Enablement Managers from sales through AMS delivery • Serve as lead architect for custom solutions developed during sales and delivery • Create custom solutions arising from discovery and delivery • Mentor colleagues in Workday thought leadership • Facilitate framework discussions and ensure delivery quality and consistency • Refine and develop methodology and Point of View across domains • Build and maintain strong working relationships across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in technical, business, or financial discipline • 8-10 years relevant work experience required • Significant business and implementation or AMS support experience • Deep understanding across multiple Workday domains • Workday project experience or AMS support required • Experience supporting technology solutions outside of their area of expertise • Previous consulting experience required, either as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization • Previous experience in thought leadership preferred • Influential communication skills, including synthesizing information into clear, concise messages for analytical reports and executive summaries • Ability to adapt communication style as needed • Currently Workday certified in multiple domains • Successful continuation of appropriate Workday certifications is required • Must have work authorization in the employing country without requiring current or future visa sponsorship • Background check may include SSN/SIN validation, education verification, employment verification, criminal check, sanctions/watch-list search, credit check, and/or drug test
