📋 Description

• Own solution design across the Discover, Define, and Design stages of the Salesforce Delivery Methodology • Translate customer requirements into clear, buildable solution designs • Evaluate and recommend Slack and Slack AI capabilities versus custom configuration • Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and customer stakeholders to align solution design with scope, timeline, and success measures • Produce and maintain architecture diagrams, functional specifications, and configuration workbooks • Lead design workshops with customer technical and business stakeholders • Facilitate trade-off discussions and drive toward validated solutions • Surface design risks and resolve them cross-functionally before they impact delivery • Improve design practices and reusable design patterns using AI-native tooling • Identify Salesforce integration points and design cross-cloud solutions centered on Slack • Support post-launch adoption by accounting for change management and long-term platform maturity

🎯 Requirements

• 8-10+ years of solution design, architecture, or technical consulting experience, preferably in SaaS and/or professional services • Demonstrated experience designing enterprise-scale solutions involving collaboration, workflow, or integration platforms • Working knowledge of, or ability to quickly ramp on, the Salesforce Delivery Methodology and Slack/Slack AI product capabilities • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills for translating technical design decisions to customer stakeholders and delivery teams • Hands-on familiarity with integration patterns and API-based architecture, ideally including Salesforce products • Collaborative mindset and ability to partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Architects, and customers • Natural curiosity, love of learning, and habit of sharing design knowledge and patterns • Familiarity with Salesforce products and their integration with Slack is a plus, not required
