📋 Description

• Manage feedback intake for the Life Science Acceleration Hub dashboard • Assess, prioritize, and maintain the dashboard enhancement backlog and support development release cycles • Collect, validate, and organize dashboard data inputs • Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders on potential sources or solutions • Research and identify internal data sources to enrich portfolio assessments and scoring • Evaluate data sources for relevance, accessibility, quality, and value • Coordinate with IT, systems, and data owners to establish access and permissions • Maintain documentation of data sources, ownership, access requirements, and intended use • Build and maintain slide and reporting templates for portfolio insights and leadership communications • Populate reports and presentations using dashboard data and related insights • Support weekly red-account reporting by consolidating information from dashboards, assessments, and other sources • Identify trends, gaps, and notable changes in portfolio data • Develop and maintain a content calendar for portfolio insights distribution • Coordinate delivery of portfolio intelligence through Slack, email, newsletters, live events, meetings, and dashboard integrations • Gather and maintain source materials for case studies, success stories, and portfolio impact examples • Translate data and assessment outputs into compelling stories and actionable communications • Organize, structure, and label inputs for the Health Assessment agent • Prepare and validate inputs for assessment agent testing and release cycles • Maintain assessment-agent documentation with the GDC team • Coordinate materials and inputs for agent testing, validation, and releases • Identify and escalate data or documentation gaps affecting assessment quality or agent performance • Build relationships across Global Life Sciences Acceleration Hub, Assessment Insights & Operations, GDC, IT, systems owners, and other teams • Maintain documentation, processes, and operating rhythms across assigned workstreams • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining data quality and stakeholder focus • Support continuous improvement of portfolio intelligence capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in analytics, business operations, portfolio management, program support, data analysis, or a related field • Experience working with multiple data sources and translating data into reports, insights, or actionable recommendations • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams and coordinate across diverse stakeholder groups • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear and concise outputs • Experience creating executive-ready presentations, reports, dashboards, or other business communications • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, globally distributed environment • Preferred: Experience within Professional Services, Life Sciences, healthcare, or a related industry • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce CRM, reporting, analytics, or other Salesforce platforms • Preferred: Familiarity with dashboarding, data visualization, or business intelligence tools • Preferred: Experience supporting AI, automation, agentic capabilities, or data-driven assessment solutions • Preferred: Experience working with globally distributed technology or delivery teams • Preferred: Experience coordinating data access, system dependencies, or technology enablement activities
