📋 Description

• Lead and manage design teams throughout project lifecycles • Drive key design activities and deliverables • Leverage Design-Thinking methods and contribute to new methods and offerings • Create compelling stories and communicate design concepts that articulate business value • Leverage AI tools to drive innovation, enhance efficiency, and accelerate design delivery • Lead digital strategies and visions • Guide research, interaction design, and visual design across the Salesforce platform • Lead customer discovery, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and collaborative design sessions • Mentor designers within the Experience Design group • Manage research initiatives and synthesize complex data insights for strategic decisions • Develop project scopes, timelines, and strategic roadmaps • Manage scope changes, identify issues, and pivot when necessary • Collaborate on project work, client proposals, and business opportunities • Lead experience design activities including research, workshops, interviews, and synthesis • Build customer and stakeholder relationships and align teams on project roles, responsibilities, and vision • Lead, coordinate, and manage multidisciplinary project teams • Maintain team motivation and morale • Resolve or escalate project team issues and conflicts • Engage and partner with external clients and other partners • Ensure successful outcomes and high customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• At least 10-12 years of experience in experience design, interaction design, or related fields • Experience consulting in enterprise-level technology transformation programs, ideally at Fortune 500 companies • Strong proficiency with AI tools, including generative AI and automation platforms • Expert visual design and prototyping capabilities • Strong research and synthesis skills using qualitative and quantitative data • Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams • Proven track record of building client relationships and being client facing • Experience designing applications balancing user needs, business requirements, commercial interests, and technological constraints • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, UX-related software, and prototyping tools such as InVision, Flinto, Marvel, and Proto.io • Knowledge of technology and software development as related to design • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, SAP, or other enterprise software • Experience across B2B and B2C industries • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required • Salesforce product knowledge and solution design experience strongly preferred • Experience across Financial Services, Health, and Life Sciences preferred • Design consulting background a plus • Salesforce Admin Certification preferred • Salesforce UX Designer Certification preferred • Salesforce Strategy Designer Certification preferred • Salesforce Agentforce Specialist Certification preferred
