📋 Description

• Work as a Technical Architect on Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, delivering end-to-end solutions that meet client requirements. • Lead discovery sessions and design workshops to capture client needs and translate them into technical designs. • Implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Marketing Cloud Advanced, Marketing Cloud Personalization/Salesforce Personalization, Data Cloud and Intelligence • Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with external systems and platforms using APIs, custom scripts (e.g., AMPscript, SSJS), and tools like MuleSoft or custom ETL solutions. • Partner with stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions aligned with client expectations. • Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Build trusted relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Admin, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Personalization...) • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including implementation, configuration, and custom development. • Strong knowledge of Marketing Cloud tools such as Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Data Cloud and/or Personalization • Experience with scripting languages (AMPscript, SSJS) and integrating Marketing Cloud with other systems via APIs
