📋 Description

• Partner with sales leadership to design annual and quarterly GTM motions • Design and oversee the execution of pipeline "rush" programs • Identify skill and product gaps, rolling out tailored enablement • Lead the weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating cadences for ACV, NNAOV, Pipeline, and Consumption • Act as the connective tissue between Distribution, Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success • Lead and develop a high-impact "SWAT team" of strategy analysts

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Business Operations, or Strategy & Operations within high-growth SaaS companies • 3+ years of formal people management experience in a high-growth, continuously evolving environment • Proven track record of GTM design and planning • Collaborative Influence in a matrixed environment • Proficiency in using data to tell a story and drive strategy • A champion for Salesforce’s core values • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience required
