📋 Description

• Translate business and workforce priorities into an actionable hiring strategy • Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team • Partner with senior leaders and People Business Partners on workforce planning, role design, talent profiles, and hiring decisions • Lead or stay closely involved in critical and senior-level searches • Build talent pipelines for current and future business needs • Help leaders define capabilities, skills, and outcomes required for roles • Establish consistent hiring practices across sourcing, assessment, interviewing, selection, and closing • Use data to identify trends and assess recruiting effectiveness • Improve hiring-manager capability through tools, coaching, and expectations • Own and continuously improve the candidate experience • Evaluate AI, automation, and emerging tools for recruiting workflows • Partner with People Operations, Total Rewards, Finance, and Legal on scalable, competitive, and compliant hiring practices • Manage external search partners and recruiting vendors • Strengthen the employer brand and communication to prospective talent • Build trust with leaders and become a valued talent decision partner • Improve the quality, speed, and predictability of hiring

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition in a fast-moving, scaling, global organization • Experience in SaaS • Experience managing and developing recruiters on an international team • Track record of partnering with senior executives and influencing hiring and workforce decisions • Ability to move between strategy and execution • Strong business judgment connecting talent decisions to company priorities • Experience building structured, consistent, and inclusive hiring practices • Data-oriented approach using recruiting metrics to identify problems and improve outcomes • Strong coaching and communication skills with hiring managers and senior leaders • Curiosity about AI and its impact on recruiting operations and talent decisions • Comfort operating through ambiguity, change, and competing priorities • High ownership, follow-through, and attention to candidate and employee experience
