📋 Description

• Drive ARR through platform decisions by identifying enterprise-readiness gaps limiting new business, expansion, and retention • Partner with Billing, Org & Auth, and Security product teams to define priorities, remove blockers, and track delivery • Build and ship internal data and AI products for Product and Engineering teams • Analyze product telemetry, support tickets, customer conversations, feature requests, surveys, and product metadata • Turn one-time analyses into reliable, repeatable tools and workflows with data definitions, quality checks, documentation, and feedback loops • Translate complex findings into decision-ready recommendations for R&D leadership • Quantify and report the revenue impact of platform investments • Own projects end to end from scoping and data connection through launch, adoption measurement, and improvement • Use AI-assisted development tools while checking outputs, debugging failures, and applying sound judgment • Champion and embed Samsara’s cultural principles as the company scales globally and across new offices

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience in product operations, data or product analytics, business operations, consulting, technical product management, or a similar environment • Demonstrated record of building and shipping useful products for real users, such as internal tools, applications, dashboards, automations, data products, or repeatable analytical workflows • Track record of connecting work to revenue or an equivalent business result, such as ARR, retention, expansion, or cost • Experience structuring and analyzing messy or large datasets, validating results, and explaining analytical limitations • Strong product and customer judgment • Clear written and verbal communication, including explaining technical or analytical work to non-technical partners and executives • High ownership, curiosity, attention to detail, and comfort working through ambiguity • Ability to use modern AI and development tools to work with data, write and debug code, validate results, and ship useful tools • Experience in a B2B technology company or working closely with Product and Engineering teams is ideal • Experience in Product Operations functions is ideal • Familiarity with enterprise platform domains such as billing and monetization, identity, access and organization management, security, or compliance is ideal
