📋 Description

• Implement, configure, maintain, and support Microsoft 365 applications • Optimize Microsoft 365 usage to support upgrades, collaboration, and productivity • Understand business requirements and implement Microsoft 365 solutions • Perform healthcare information system and application support • Investigate, resolve, or escalate support issues, incidents, and service requests • Create and maintain training documentation • Support or lead training sessions using appropriate presentation techniques • Research, analyze, and recommend application workflow improvements • Create and analyze reports using multiple reporting mechanisms • Gather, analyze, design, develop, modify, test, implement, evaluate, and maintain information technologies • Work with other departments and outside vendors • Participate in a team approach and manage change • Provide customer service and communicate across integrated teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required • Area of focus in Information Technology, Healthcare, Business, or related field preferred • One year of relevant experience in application support, hardware, or interfaces preferred • IT certification, when applicable, must be obtained within six months of hire and within three certification attempts • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficient verbal and written communication • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Ability to communicate diplomatically across integrated teams • Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software • Knowledge of multimedia tools, training support documentation, software development, or web-based applications preferred • Basic knowledge of ITIL philosophies helpful when applicable • Knowledge of applicable state and federal laws, rules, and regulations when applicable
