📋 Description

• Provide in-depth procedural and technical computer end-user support • Resolve basic issues remotely by phone and email • Provide phone and email support for incidents and requests • Document required information in the ticketing system and knowledgebase • Identify customer information accurately and efficiently • Resolve issues at first contact or within the appropriate timeline • Meet productivity expectations and service center metrics • Route and dispatch requests, incidents, or change requests to appropriate IT support groups • Escalate issues to designated points of contact • Maintain and contribute to the in-house knowledgebase • Analyze resolved tickets and create or update knowledgebase articles • Support users through phone calls, chats, emails, instant messaging, and assigned tools • Work independently while maintaining productivity • Maintain positive relationships with peers, cross-functional teams, and leadership • Support a 24x7x365 service desk operation • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Ability to type 35 WPM • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance • Must have lived in the United States at least three of the last five years • Availability for shift flexibility in a 24x7x365 operation • Must be available to work nights, holidays, and weekends on short notice • Demonstrated experience with Mac and Windows operating systems and hardware • 1–2+ years of PC support experience • Working knowledge of PC hardware, network settings, operating systems, and MS Office applications • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related discipline is desired
