📋 Description

• Provide functional business knowledge and technical support to enterprise business operations through scripting automation and data analytics • Design and program new processes and reports • Act as subject matter expert for business systems/applications • Analyze claims processes, functions, and activities to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual processes • Perform technical design, development, implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of systems and applications • Document development requirements and consult with end users to test and debug applications • Develop ad-hoc reports for data analysis and validation • Analyze operational procedures and trends to identify problems • Conduct business analysis and recommend technical alternative solutions to management • Research, evaluate, and assess the financial impact of data/process issues • Analyze requirements and problems to automate processing or improve business systems • Create multiuser, real-time database solutions • Provide expertise in requirements solicitation, system analysis, technical design, programming, and documentation • Monitor and report departmental project status; identify issues and implement corrective actions and mitigation strategies • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with policies and standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field • Equivalent work experience in technical data analysis, conducting system analysis meetings, developing system design documents, developing project plans with achievable milestones and deadlines, and mediating different department demands to gain approvals on system scope and design • 2+ years of experience in relevant programming, including SAS, SQL, VB.NET, or Oracle, or similar experience depending on departmental requirements • 3+ years of experience in related business analysis • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in healthcare • Preferred: 1+ year of experience in ASP/ASP.NET • Preferred: Python, Jira, PowerBI, and/or Databricks experience • Preferred: SAS Certification • Preferred: A Master's degree in a related field may be considered in lieu of some required experience, not to exceed 2 years
