📋 Description

• Function as a resource for employees, internal departments, and outside customers • Be familiar with all areas of the department and fill in, answer questions, and assist in resolving departmental issues • Assist with new employee orientation and serve as a mentor • Provide oversight of work tasks and adjust staffing to ensure appropriate coverage when needed • Assist with ongoing department education and training • Develop training curriculum and materials as needed • Facilitate change and ensure adoption of new processes • Assist in managing productivity and department reports

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred • Associate degree preferred • Two years of One Chart or similar electronic medical records (EMR) experience required • Five years of customer service experience preferred • Previous healthcare experience required • Must be able to work independently without much supervision and accept accountability for individual tasks • Excels in customer service skills • Demonstrates analytical decision-making, information gathering, presentation, project management, group facilitation and training skills
