📋 Description

• Own the strategy, architecture, and evolution of People Operations, technology, and analytics • Design scalable, auditable end-to-end workflows across hiring, HRIS management, and the employee lifecycle • Own the People Ops operating model, including onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS management • Manage PEO relationships, overseeing payroll and benefits execution and vendor accountability • Drive HR compliance, maintain current policies, ensure audit readiness, and manage operational risk • Own and evolve the HRIS and connected platforms, including systems, reporting, integrations, automation, and AI-enabled workflows • Own headcount reporting, attrition analysis, and core leadership metrics • Manage and develop a small People Operations team • Build scalable People systems and programs • Develop and maintain HR policies aligned with Sanity’s values • Support employees and managers through complex people situations with empathy, judgment, and discretion • Report directly to the Chief People Officer

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of HR/People Operations experience • Demonstrated leadership of a team or function • Track record embedding automation and AI into People lifecycle work • Experience managing PEO relationships such as Rippling or TriNet • Experience managing Global EORs such as OysterHR or Deel • Deep knowledge of employment law and HR compliance across multiple states • International experience is a strong plus • Hands-on experience owning and optimizing modern HRIS platforms such as Workday, Rippling, or similar • Experience with vendor evaluation and implementation • Track record building scalable processes and programs from scratch • Growth-stage or high-growth technology experience strongly preferred • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex compliance or operational topics into plain language • High integrity and sound judgment when handling sensitive employee information • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action
