âą Proactively make outbound calls across various lead types to both existing and potential customers within your designated territory; foster meaningful conversations to determine unique requirements and challenges, qualify potential spending on wearables, while also offering practical and imaginative solutions to meet their needs. âą Create and implement an effective sales approach to leverage opportunities and secure a greater share of the customers spend. âą Proactively educate customers on the advantages of choosing SanMar as their preferred supplier, emphasizing our unwavering commitment to quality, inventory, product selection and customer satisfaction. âą Collaborate with Territory Managers to share valuable insights about customers they may not have encountered before; assess and qualify customers for Account Executive assignment as necessary. âą Enter data into Salesforce CRM with learned information about customers, creating new or enhanced opportunities for AE's and/or Territory Managers. âą Serve as a product and industry expert, demonstrating profound understanding of SanMar's product offerings, marketing tools, and solutions to effectively communicate their value and relevance to customers; stay abreast of industry trends and competitors to provide informed advice and service to customers. âą Keep customers well-informed about products, updates, new offerings, marketing programs, and opportunities to enhance their business. âą Complete and meet deadlines for all lead lists, calling initiatives and other assigned projects, achieving the expected volume of proactive customer contacts. âą Participate in and contribute to various industry trade shows, effectively analyzing potential growth opportunities while enhancing customer relationships, education and engagement. âą Perform other duties as assigned. âą Comply with all policies and standards.
âą Associate's Degree in business, sales, or related field or equivalent experience Preferred âą 4-6 years experience in outbound calling or inside sales preferably within the B2B sector âą Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; face-to-face, via videoconference (MS Teams, Zoom, etc.) and over the phone. âą Ability to quickly learn and articulate product features and benefits. âą Self-motivated and able to work independently. âą Strong organizational and time management skills. âą Able to manage multiple assignments and systems simultaneously. âą Technical Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) with strong typing and accuracy skills. 1-3 Years experience using Salesforce, ODY. âą Problem Solving: Proficiency in creatively resolving difficult or emotionally charged customer situations. âą Team Player: Thrive in a team-oriented environment and contribute to a positive team dynamic. âą Ability to travel 1-5 times per year (<5% of the time).
