📋 Description

• Translate strategic direction into field-level execution models and processes • Design, implement, and refine field execution processes and operating systems • Operationalize AI and digital tools for field engagement execution • Develop and maintain field execution playbooks • Identify structural gaps, process bottlenecks, and execution capability needs • Lead planning for cross-functional field execution meetings, including POA and Train the Trainer events • Coordinate Sanofi’s annual congress calendar with strategic, franchise, operational, and global teams • Own congress execution timelines, logistics coordination, and operational outputs end-to-end • Pilot new congress execution approaches, engagement tactics, and scientific programming formats • Drive process improvement across congress operations and evaluate vendors and operational tools • Track and report congress execution effectiveness using operational metrics • Maintain feedback loops and embed lessons into field team operations • Identify and pilot field execution best practices • Maintain an innovation tracker for engagement models, congress formats, and operational tools • Eliminate process fragmentation, redundancy, and rework • Advise the Director on operational recommendations, trends, and risks • Develop field execution performance reports and insight-driven narratives • Surface field-level insights and next best actions for high-priority external interactions • Support role clarity and operational maturity as the organization grows

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master's, PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent) in Life Sciences, Public Health, Clinical Research, or a related discipline • 4+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, field medical, or a related function within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, or biotechnology industry • Prior MSL or field medical experience • Experience leading complex initiatives in cross-functional matrixed environments • Strong project and operational leadership skills • Ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously • Experience in vaccines or infectious disease Medical Affairs preferred • Experience with congress planning, field medical operations, or medical affairs execution preferred • Familiarity with AI tools or digital engagement models in a Medical Affairs context preferred • Experience developing field execution playbooks or operational frameworks preferred • Ability to travel up to 60%
