📋 Description

• Serve as the field subject matter expert for patient support, access, reimbursement, prior authorization, appeals, financial assistance, and related business issues within the Rheumatology Business Unit • Act as the field point of contact for Rheumatology Patient Support Services • Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Teams, Market Access, Account Directors, Trade, Kevzara Connect, specialty pharmacies, and program vendors • Lead Kevzara patient pull-through efforts and assist sales partners • Function as a conduit to Specialty Pharmacy for Kevzara-specific escalations • Facilitate communication between Specialty Pharmacy and prescribers to support medication access, adherence, and patient support services • Serve as a subject matter expert on Kevzara Connect, Kevzarahcp.com, patient support programs, access issue resolution, financial assistance, and alternative funding options • Conduct HCP office or Specialty Pharmacy site visits as needed to facilitate pull-through efforts and resolve escalated issues in a HIPAA-compliant manner • Educate office personnel on prior authorization and appeals processes, reimbursement support, free drug programs, and financial assistance programs • Maintain knowledge of local and national payer landscapes, Specialty Pharmacy, and Utilization Management criteria for Kevzara • Establish productive relationships with internal and external customer segments • Work compliantly to reduce cycle time and increase conversion rates for patients prescribed Kevzara • Identify operational process gaps and collaborate with Sanofi roles to modify processes • Provide PRB/RC-approved information on product coverage, payer-specific claims requirements, prior authorizations, appeals, and disease state • Coordinate with field sales on account prioritization and account follow-up plans

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree required • Minimum 5+ years in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or other relevant experience • Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs as necessary; additional travel within the assigned geography • Demonstrated success of cross-functional teamwork and working in a matrix and co-promote environment • Interpersonal skills including managing and resolving conflict and building strong working relationships • Ability to adapt to change and react constructively in a high-energy, fast-paced environment • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills • Compliance with applicable Sanofi policies and procedures and regulatory and legal requirements • Valid driver's license • Approximately 50% travel depending on geography • Ability to travel to meetings/trainings/programs when necessary • Completion of all fleet safety training and maintenance of an acceptable driving record • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 for all US-based roles
