📋 Description

• Lead an 8 to 12-person sales team promoting Dupixent for Asthma to Pulmonologists • Coach, train, develop, and lead Specialty Sales Representatives (Area Business Managers) • Oversee sales, managed markets pull-through, local speaker/thought leader development, promotional programming, and regional budget management • Develop regional business plans aligned with national sales goals, including regional and territory strategies, tactics, and resource allocation • Maintain expertise in clinical data, disease state, and market trends • Spend the majority of time in the field supporting representative development through coaching, direction, and feedback • Establish relationships with key internal and external customer segments • Collaborate with RBDs, brand marketing, thought leader liaisons, payer marketing, reimbursement teams, managed markets teams, medical affairs, senior management, and other departments • Partner with Regeneron co-promote partner • Travel approximately 60% • Report directly to the corresponding Zone Business Director

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS Degree Required • Minimum 8+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry • Ability to travel to meetings, training, and programs as necessary; additional travel may be required within the assigned territory • Valid driver's license • Must reside within the geographic area of the assigned territory • Pulmonary, Respiratory, and/or biologics experience strongly preferred • Minimum 3-5 years of Field Sales Management experience or equivalent leadership experience, with documented sales achievements, strongly preferred • Strong collaboration and/or co-promote experience strongly preferred • Strong understanding of the reimbursement landscape and expertise with Managed Markets pull-through highly desirable • Sales launch experience strongly preferred • Demonstrated leadership experience • Excellent clinical skills and knowledge • Excellent business acumen • Creative problem solver • Solution-oriented
