📋 Description

• Manage the execution of multiple transmission, substation, and distribution projects • Coordinate with multiple internal and external departments throughout the capital project execution life cycle • Manage project execution, contract administration, planning, and resource management • Own project performance, including safety, schedule, budget, reporting, and client experience • Manage all project phases from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closeout • Direct project teams and ensure accountability; mentor and coach team members • Maintain positive working relationships with client functional leads and stakeholders • Lead efforts to complete projects safely, satisfactorily, on time, and within budget • Support reporting of key performance indicators for schedule, budget, and dashboard items • Identify and control construction risk • Track and control project changes • Communicate and consult with stakeholders and supervisors • Prepare clear, concise project reports meeting client requirements • Analyze issues and provide solutions to improve results

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Project Management of Utility, Construction, Engineering, or other relevant experience • Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams • Experience in capital project management • Experience within the energy, power, or utility industry • Experience serving as a firm/client liaison in a support or lead role • Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work in a collaborative team setting • A high school diploma or GED • Comfortable with approximately 10-25% domestic travel • Must not require U.S. work authorization sponsorship • Experience with AI, automation, programming, or similar technologies is valued where relevant but is not required • A BS in Construction Management, Business, Engineering, or similar degree is valued but not required • Engineering design experience is a plus • PMP Certification is a plus • Construction/field knowledge or experience is a plus
