📋 Description

• Support Project Managers and/or Program Managers in the Client Services department, specifically in Settlement or Notice Administration • Partner with Contact Center, Claims Processing, Data Services, Disbursements, Print & Mail Services, and Website and Software Development teams to support project execution • Track and deliver required project deliverables on time while meeting Simpluris quality standards • Identify project risks and escalate them to the Project/Program Manager with proposed solutions when necessary • Foster working relationships with operational groups and maintain clear communication regarding project execution and deliverables • Research client and claimant inquiries and communicate findings to clients, claimants, and operational groups • Identify and communicate process issues to the Project Manager, project team, and operational groups • Provide detailed project reporting and perform analysis and quality control of client reports • Draft project-related documents, including timelines, website content, contact center agent scripting, court declarations, claimant notices and letters, and internal procedures • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Preferred: 1+ year of Settlement Administration industry experience or relevant legal services or legal industry experience with direct client/customer contact in a professional environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Critical thinking skills • Ability to quickly and efficiently gather and process information • Experience with MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
