📋 Description

• Drive and coordinate tactical activities to achieve sales targets for assigned products in the region • Work at customer sites on assigned products and relevant applications, including sales tools, demo/trial equipment, training, technical positioning, and offer-stage product presentations • Use SFDC to manage and document leads, opportunities, customer interactions, and sales activities • Analyze SFDC data to identify trends, generate customer insights, and track sales performance • Conduct regular customer visits and field interactions • Train salespeople to maintain product knowledge across the Sales organization • Partner with Product Development and Product Management on product development and launch activities • Provide customer workflow and requirements input, competitive landscape analysis, and market/field feedback • Recommend product changes based on product performance, customer needs, and market dynamics • Promote assigned products through conferences, publications, presentations, and industry organizations • Build relationships with key opinion leaders to enhance Sartorius' reputation and credibility • Lead technical and quality escalations for assigned products

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field • Hands-on experience integrating commercial manufacturing systems into the Emerson Delta V control system • 3+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry as an Automation Engineer • Technical leadership and strong understanding of assigned product technology, applications, and customer workflows • Data-driven mindset and strong business acumen • Customer-oriented approach • Ability to build effective cross-functional relationships • Proven ability to collaborate with sales to meet business goals • Experience with sales enablement tools and techniques • Excellent project management skills • Ability to plan and deliver against tight deadlines and manage multiple projects • Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills • Hands-on knowledge and proactive use of SFDC and other CRM tools • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Identification with Sartorius core values: Sustainability, Openness, Enjoyment
