📋 Description

• Serve as the primary IT/technical owner for Workday HCM and Workday Financials • Maintain Prism data ingestion from Salesforce and third-party sources for headcount planning and reporting • Support Workday Financials configuration and related banking, payroll, Concur, and planning integrations • Own global colleague onboarding automation connecting Workday, Active Directory, and Freshworks • Drive platform initiatives and build product roadmaps based on stakeholder input • Maintain relationships, hours, queues, and escalations with external support vendors • Serve as the primary IT/technical owner for Salesforce and administer Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement • Maintain Salesforce integrations and oversee Copado DevOps and release management • Administer and optimize the Freshworks ITSM platform and service catalog • Own Freddy AI and the Teams-based ServiceBot conversational AI • Maintain Workday–Freshworks–Active Directory onboarding/offboarding automation • Support client application ticket routing and coordinate with the Randstad Tier 1/2 service desk • Own Smartsheet administration, license rationalization, and integrations • Own Evisort contract lifecycle management and maintain DocuSign as the contract execution platform • Maintain CLM governance, workflows, retention rules, and integrations with Workday and Salesforce • Administer Aha! Labs, Loopio, and other enterprise applications • Serve as IT liaison to Marketing, HR, and learning-platform stakeholders • Provide thought leadership and rollout support for enterprise AI initiatives • Partner with Procurement on vendor pricing, contract terms, and performance management • Own public-facing publishing for the File Format Standards project • Support vendor-related security incident response and client offboarding automation • Maintain Salesforce-to-Workday Prism headcount planning data flow • Create and administer processes for communicating enterprise application and integration changes • Lead and develop a team of four • Set team priorities, review work quality, provide technical guidance, and escalate complex application issues

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience administering and supporting enterprise applications such as Workday, Salesforce, Freshworks, or similar platforms • Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms preferred • Demonstrated experience leading and developing a technical support/development team • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management with HR, Finance, Commercial, and Marketing teams • Experience with vendor management, contract negotiation, and renewal processes • Familiarity with data architecture, system integration concepts, and API-based application connections • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical issues for non-technical stakeholders • Healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industry experience preferred • Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred • Workday Pro Certification (HCM or Financials) preferred • ITIL Foundation certification preferred • PMP certification preferred
