📋 Description

• Build AI-powered product features for advisors and Savvy operations teams (e.g., copilots, skilled agents, automations, summarization, routing, extraction, recommendations), with a bias toward shipping quickly • Rapidly prototype and deliver using modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, Devin, etc.) while maintaining high engineering standards - from using individual tools to get work done all the way up to leveraging a complex orchestration layer to string together a dozen tools to get things done even faster • Own the end-to-end product development lifecycle - identify opportunities, design solutions, ship to production, and iterate • Produce production-grade, readable, maintainable code with good testing discipline • Partner tightly with Product, Design, Data, and business stakeholders to define scope, de-risk execution, and deliver high-impact outcomes • Work directly with our customers (financial advisors) to learn their workflows and needs directly from the source

🎯 Requirements

• You’re in AI tools day and night, tinkering on work projects as well as personal • You've built scaling web applications with obvious business impact • System design expertise as it applies to emerging AI software development trends, for example, system designs that maximize the use of context windows with strong separation between components • Full-stack proficiency (or evidence you can cover your gaps via AI tools) • We use Rails; React; Next, Postgres, GraphQL • Proven collaboration abilities in cross-functional startup environments with mentoring experience and strong technical communication skills.
