📋 Description

• Monitor and respond to engagement on paid ad campaigns, including comments, likes, shares, story reactions, and saves • Proactively reach out via DM to prospects who engage with ads • Initiate warm, natural conversations rather than generic scripted openers • Qualify leads through conversation to determine fit and interest • Handle objections confidently and build rapport to keep prospects engaged • Guide qualified conversations toward booking a call or appointment • Follow up consistently and persistently with warm and lukewarm leads who have not yet converted • Log outreach activity, conversation outcomes, and booked calls • Track response rates, booking rates, and conversation drop-off points • Flag recurring objections or ad-messaging mismatches to help improve ad performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a DM setter or appointment setter in a high-volume outbound environment • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to sound natural and human (not scripted or robotic) • Comfortable engaging with cold and warm leads generated through paid advertising • Strong objection-handling and rapport-building skills • Reliable, consistent follow-up habits • Comfortable working within a monitored productivity/tracking system • Dedicated specialist who enjoys outbound conversation and sales, not a generalist splitting time across multiple task types • Self-motivated and comfortable being measured on booked calls/appointments • Quick to adapt messaging based on what's resonating with ad audiences • Prior experience in a paid ads-driven business (coaching, fitness, e-commerce, or similar) is a plus • Basic familiarity with Meta/Instagram/Facebook Ads is suggested • CRM or DM management tool experience (e.g., ManyChat, GoHighLevel) is suggested • Copywriting instincts are suggested
