📋 Description

• Define and continuously refine messaging and positioning for ScaleOps products and features across channels and audiences • Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy for product launches, including naming, positioning, enablement, campaign orchestration, and post-launch measurement • Own analyst relations, including Gartner and Forrester relationships, briefings, inquiries, research requests, and report participation • Conduct win/loss interviews, competitive analysis, and customer research • Develop sales and customer-facing materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, and technical explainers • Collaborate with Product, Sales, DevRel, and Content to ensure a unified funnel narrative • Represent the market in roadmap planning, pricing discussions, and strategic initiatives • Identify opportunities to use AI tools in content creation, competitive research, and campaign workflows • Track and report PMM impact across pipeline influence, win rates, analyst positioning, and content usage

🎯 Requirements

• 4–6 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience; devtools, infrastructure, or cloud experience is a strong plus • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business narratives for technical and executive audiences • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a developer-savvy tone • Experience owning product launches end-to-end with measurable pipeline impact • Hands-on analyst relations experience, including briefings, inquiries, and report participation with major firms • Comfort operating in a high-growth startup environment with high autonomy • Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, cloud cost, or the DevOps ecosystem is required • Curiosity about AI tools and their use in research, content, and go-to-market execution
