📋 Description

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned accounts and respond to client inquiries and requests • Ensure tasks, deadlines, and deliverables are completed accurately and on time • Maintain client records, contracts, and correspondence in databases or CRM systems • Prepare proposals, reports, invoices, and status updates • Coordinate information flow between clients, internal departments, and vendors • Escalate client concerns to management and support timely resolution • Support invoicing, billing, and expense tracking • Coordinate internal resources for account deliverables and deadlines • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track follow-up actions • Monitor timelines and deliverable status for multiple projects • Support process improvements and consistency across accounts • Track and report progress for senior staff or account managers • Assist with data entry, reporting, and account summaries • Ensure program compliance with SCS quality systems

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree in Business Administration or a related field • 2+ years of professional experience in business administration • Experience in project or program coordination, client interface, and data entry • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Ability to adapt to frequent timeline changes with complex, long-term projects • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management • Strong customer service and teamwork orientation • Complete fluency in English with professional, technical written communication experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Experience using database systems and remote communication applications such as Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet • Initiative and ability to work independently; responsive and adaptive to a team environment • Commitment to SCS values and environmental issues • Preferred: multilingual fluency in another language at advanced proficiency • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related field • Preferred: previous coordination experience with third-party certification • Preferred: previous account or administrative coordination experience
