• Manage and provide direction to Organizational Account Specialist(s) • Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure timely and effective account servicing • Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to support team development • Ensure consistency in processes, service delivery, and adherence to policies and procedures • Step in and execute all responsibilities of the Organizational Account Specialist role when necessary • Develop, manage, and maintain relationships with organizational accounts, SEGs, and partner institutions • Serve as primary escalation point for organizational representatives and stakeholders • Strengthen engagement and account penetration within existing groups while identifying new opportunities • Oversee onboarding, maintenance, and ongoing servicing of organizational accounts
• 2-3 years of professional experience in financial services, organizational account management, operations, or related field • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field required; relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree • Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience managing or mentoring staff • Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills • Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, including coordination, oversight, and contract negotiation • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Working knowledge of credit union products, financial services, and basic finance principles • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities • Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and operational frameworks • Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
