📋 Description

• Administer and maintain the LMS, including learner accounts, access, courses, curricula, certifications, enrollments, assignments, learning content, and completion records • Ensure a high-quality learner experience by troubleshooting issues, resolving or escalating system concerns, and maintaining platform accuracy, usability, and compliance • Generate and analyze LMS reports covering learner progress, certification outcomes, system utilization, and learning effectiveness • Partner with Learning team members and business stakeholders to translate learning requirements into LMS configurations and learner experiences • Support certification and learning programs through learner communications, scheduling, roster management, attendance tracking, reporting, and certification administration • Coordinate and facilitate approved virtual learning sessions, monitor learner participation and results, and recommend improvements • Participate in special projects, process improvements, and learning-team initiatives • Provide technical and operational support to learners, stakeholders, and learning team members • Use learning, reporting, collaboration, and communication systems to analyze information and support learning operations

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred • 2+ years of LMS administration, learning operations, training coordination, or related learning technology experience • Experience managing learner accounts, courses, curricula, assignments, enrollments, completions, and reporting within an LMS • Experience supporting training delivery, certification programs, learner communications, scheduling, reporting, or virtual learning environments • Experience using eLearning development tools, including Articulate Storyline 360, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar platforms • Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot learner, content, access, configuration, and system issues • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work independently and support a flexible schedule as business needs require
